Very poor experience. We were a group of 5 and ordered one shisha and five drinks since only two of us smoke. We were refused and told we must order two shishas and food because of our group size. Completely unreasonable and feels like forced selling. The owner was present and showed no flexibility. If this is their policy, it should be clearly displayed at the entrance instead of surprising customers. Unwelcoming place. Plenty of better options in Bradford.

I had a really disappointing experience at this shisha lounge. The service was slow and inattentive, and it felt like staff were more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. The place wasn’t very clean—tables were sticky and the overall atmosphere felt neglected. The shisha itself didn’t taste fresh and lost flavor quickly, especially considering the high price. On top of that, the music was way too loud to have a normal conversation. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Unwelcoming place. We ordered drinks and one shisha, but they refused unless we bought more than we wanted. Owner showed zero interest in accommodating different customers. Avoid.
