I have to start off by saying, "I don't get it". Dimly lit rooms, smoke everywhere and the music so loud you have to shout to each other to have a decent conversation. Sofa's cramped so closely, it's like a maze to walk through just to get to your seat. Seating arrangements were just everywhere. Final nail on the coffin, one toilet, for the whole lounge. One for men and one for women. Like, really?! I would've given this place less but the Hookahs and Desserts weren't bad, the Mint Tea was exceptional.

I would like to say a big Thankyou to Irfan & the team at Phantom lounge in Bradford! You have always been so attentive and friendly and it’s been so lovely to meet you! Me and my friends had been studying at the University of Bradford and used to come to the lounge to relax and have some space away from our studies and Irfan was always there to attend to us!! The sheesha was always on point, and the drinks and amazing fruit platters were so refreshing!! We will really miss you all and just want to say a big thankyou once again for being so amazing!!
