I come to Dzire Lounge a few times a week for food, dessert, shisha, and a wind down after work. The staff are always really friendly and accommodating — helpful, attentive, and welcoming every time. The atmosphere is great and the management clearly run the place well. The food is consistently nice and well-cooked, and the shisha is always good with regular coal changes and proper maintenance. The décor is lovely too. Highly recommend.

One of the worst lounges ever. Apart from looking good there’s nothing else. Ordered two shishas of which I sent one back 10 times and they got it wrong every single time, to a point we spent 2 hours using just the one shisha since the other one kept being taken away for getting it wrong. the service is awful, they offered “mocktails” as compensation yet nowhere to be seen. Asked 3 times and nothing. Absolute awful service. For how busy this place is they really don’t know how to handle the volume or get anything right. Currently by far the best shisha place and atmosphere in bradford leeds area, the service is top notch, the shishas are always on point, but most importantly its not too crammed up and you actually get to enjoy and get a bit of privacy with your friends. Highly recommend ordering the ice pipe to enchance the shisha flavor. Now the best part ! THE FOOD 🔥🔥 i was absolutely amazed when i tried their pizzas and mocktail and skin on fries, its probably the best pizza and fries combo iv had in quite a few years. The owner and management is extremely friendly too and forever open to suggestions

Really nice place to chill and have the best sheesha especially from the ice pipe. But the dj there plays music way too loud. Left with the worst migraine ever, so hard to have a conversation inside.
