This is the only establishment that arbitrarily added an 18.50 TL service charge as a tip to the bill; that's unacceptable. As far as I know, a tip is given as much as the customer feels like giving. It's truly shameful for a place like this to stoop to such a cheap price.

We went there last night to smoke two hookahs, but they brought one hookah however they wanted. And when the bill came, I've never seen anything like it in a place like this before; they charged a service charge of 47 lira. We didn't even eat anything, we just wanted to smoke hookah. This is the first and last time anyone should go to this place. What's with the service charge?!
