So we asked about New Year’s Eve and they have sent this photo, usually when there is no “++service” beside the cost it should mean all inclusive but we were surprised by THE 11% service!!! Because 5500 is already too much for the service we had. - we requested the lady who manages the hall to set by the window and she said it is for 4 people only, then another 4 people asked for it and she refused to give the table to them for what ever reason she lied about in Turkish language. They pick certain people, however they judge there look to set at the view. - fireworks show is very very minimal

I had a very disappointing experience 💔👎🏻 at the restaurant at first. I forgot my glasses there and when I went back to ask, the manager denied that they had them and was not helpful at all. Thankfully, I had the contact of someone who works there, otherwise I would have lost them completely. This situation really upset me and honestly affected my impression of the place. However, I have to say the food was extremely delicious and the atmosphere was great and lively, which I did enjoy.💔

Very disappointing experience that completely ruined my birthday. I asked our waiter if the restaurant offered any birthday discounts or special treats. He said there were no discounts, but that he could bring a birthday cake. He never mentioned that the cake would be charged at full price. Naturally, I assumed it was a complimentary birthday gesture. Had I known it wasn’t free, I would have declined. When the bill arrived, the cake was charged in full. We explained what had happened, but the staff simply shrugged and claimed they didn’t know what we were talking about. After waiting 15 min
