This shop doesn't have any service and is very dirty. I ordered a beer and they brought me a cup. After pouring the beer, I found a lot of black particles in the cup. I contacted the waiter, but they didn't give me any explanation. They just removed the beer foam and black particles from the top of the cup. I even suspected that they poked them out with their fingers. Then I looked at the steak. It wasn't a steak, it looked like a burnt stick. This shop should have changed its chef team. The quality was good before, but now it's very, very bad.

I really wanted to like this place, but it just didn’t deliver. The moment you walk in, it hits you it’s so dark and gloomy you feel like you stepped into a cave. And the smoke? I’ve seen clearer air in a wildfire documentary. People chain-smoking freely inside, zero ventilation, and you walk out smelling like a cigarette factory. The drinks were forgettable, and the staff acted like serving customers was a personal insult. Skip it. ⭐

The hookah experience here is truly amazing, and the staff members are not just polite but also highly professional. This brand-new place is just recently opened and I’d say that it’s the best shisha I’ve ever tried in Istanbul. Cocktails and food are outstanding, beautifully served, and very delicious. I highly recommend visiting this place and will come back next time I will be in Istanbul.
