The flavors were delicious and very well prepared. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. Definitely a place I would recommend if you’re in Cape Town and looking for a good hookah spot.

Small and simple setup, but the shisha was excellent. Double Apple was spot on — staff listened to my instructions and got it perfect. Real apple in a premium mix tasted fresh and clean. Tino and Ropa nailed it. Would definitely recommend!

If I could rate the service I received here, it would be a negative 10 stars. I paid 350 rands only to be met with some of the rudest service I’ve ever experienced both ladies serving were disrespectful from start to finish. Spent less than 30mins here. The hookah was a complete disappointment: harsh, burnt, and nothing like the hype it raves about. The environment was equally underwhelming, nothing to write home about at all. Save your money and your time. Go to the rooftop bar next door instead. They deserve your business far more than this place.

A great hookah experience with a wide variety of shisha flavors and excellent pu-erh tea. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hide Hookah Lounge in Cape Town, and I was thoroughly impressed. The lounge has a wide variety of shisha flavors to choose from, including dark side flavors. I tried the dark side, and it was delicious. The shisha was smooth and flavorful, and the hookah was packed perfectly. The lounge also has a great selection of pu-erh tea, it was excellent.
