The restaurant had a good vibe, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. We waited for our food for over an hour. When another group arrived, instead of politely asking us to move, we were demanded to shift to another corner. I refused because of the disrespectful approach. I’m not sure if it was the manager or the owner, but the attitude came across as arrogant. When dealing with customers, humility and politeness are very important. This left me quite disappointed.

Hey there Please you have to do some training to your waitress Ashley Because she has a bad attitude with the customer. She undermind customer and under estimate customer because we’re maybe not from the same country or maybe not order the quantity that she’s been getting from other customer. She’s been rude on my table not explain anything about 10% charge until I asked and she got angry after I asked about the 10% I think she need to get some training to approach the customer and explain everything to the customer before the customer order anything. For me I didn’t appreciate her approach

After buying drinks and trying to secure a place on the slots for 1hrs and seing the bouncers put in their favorites I tried to ask if I could wait till I get a spot but was toldi had to wait outside and when a colleague finally got the machine I was chased outside! Later when it was time to leave i was not allowed to go back to get my colleague and as much as I tried they told me I was banned because I had taken a beer outside but they let me take it outside in the first place but only to tell me I had broken the rules. Love the place but for now I think it's gonna be a no and goes as well fo
