Staff starts off very nice, atmosphere quite mid. We waited for an hour for a drink to be served and about 45 mins for the Shisha Drinks and shisha quite overpriced don’t think it’s worth the money. Cool place tho the view on the roof isn’t too bad. Parking is a nightmare around the area.

Fantastic Shisha Lounge! I recently visited this shisha lounge and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, with comfortable seating and a great selection of shisha flavors and I did order a woody+fruity flavour, that’s smooth and awesome. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose a flavor that I ended up really enjoying. The lounge itself was clean and well-maintained, and the prices were reasonable. It was an amazing experience. I was greeted by a nice lady and a nice guy. The lady serving me knew all about shisha flavours and gave the best recommendation(just tell them what you like and they can make exactly that, i recommend the woody flavors). Honestly i was well looked after, there is regular coal changes and when it got it busy the service remained top notch. I also received a complimentery shot at the end which i had with the team, it was really nice of them. Thank you to the nice lady and the guy(sorry didnt get the names) for your amazing service and happy Chinese new year.I will

Poor experience - bad service, we asked for menu and recommendation but the waiter kept asking us to look for it on ig (he didn’t even tell us the ig account name :/), no idea why were we paying service charge for no service - bad attitude, they closed at 1:30 while the google map says they at 2:00, and they kept asking us to leave rudely. - charges were unclear, the waiter nor the menu did not told us everyone must order a drink even if we order shisha.
