I recently visited Mono Lab and had a mixed experience. The coffee and matcha latte were decent—rich flavors and a smooth texture that made for an enjoyable drink. However, I was taken aback by the environment. Instead of the warm, inviting ambiance I typically expect from a coffee shop, it felt more akin to a shisha weed shop. What really disappointed me was that after 7 PM, the shop shifts to a vibe that seems to focus more on hard drinks, which feels out of place for a winter evening. Pleasant coffee that is aimed at someone looking for a day drinking cup. 7.8 Flat White: The flavour is there but it’s milkier and large in proportion for a flat white. Smooth and well-blended. There’s not a lot of strength in the cup but it’s pleasant enough.

This cafe is quite famous for the unique food menus. It is also a good place for people who want to be as a cafe with shisha. But I would not recommend this place if you are sensitive to shisha. The shisha section is outdoors though, so the smell was not too strong for me. I tried the tiramisu bagel and the white miso basque burnt cheesecake. They were as not as I thought they would be. They looked better than they tasted. The bagel was too soft and the cocoa flavour was quite blend. It did not taste like a tiramisu in my opinion. But it was quite big and filling. The cheesecake was too sweet
