Most visitors praised the warm welcome, friendly service, and good ambiance. One reviewer highlighted impeccable service from Hakim and colorful decor. However, a negative review cited the venue being closed despite listed opening hours, noting a discrepancy between reality and posted times. While most guests highly recommend the lounge for evenings out, the closure issue remains a significant criticism.
