As an avid shisha enthusiast who visits numerous lounges during my travels, I was truly disappointed with my experience here. The service was below par; despite the availability of adjacent tables, we were inexplicably required to face each other instead of sitting side-by-side as requested. Additionally, the quality of the shisha was very poor. They use Celeste shishas, which are inexpensive yet we were charged €30. Based on my extensive experience, this venue easily ranks in my bottom 20. Not recommended if you're looking for quality and a pleasant atmosphere.

I’m a 59-year-old, well-travelled man who has been around the world many times. I walked up to this place simply to have some food and a drink. The restaurant was completely empty. As I approached the door, I politely said I wanted to come in for something to eat and drink. The man at the entrance stopped me and replied, “No English.” I asked again in disbelief, and he repeated the same thing. I was dressed respectfully, on my own, ready to spend money in what was an empty bar-restaurant, and I was still turned away. Frankly, it felt rude and unwelcoming. Gen z club vibes, not really my speed. We went for the shisha but there were only two options and the self lighting coals are a new thing to me that I don't really like.
