Disappointing Experience, Won’t Be Returning I’ve been to this lounge four times, and unfortunately, I won’t be going back after the last visit. On each visit, we spent over 1000 Egyptian pounds, but my last experience was terrible. The food made me sick, and when I asked to have it removed from the bill, they refused. To make matters worse, they charged me extra for food that was not even edible. The hookah service and overall staff were fine, but the two managers present during my visit were unhelpful and dismissive. It’s a shame, because I had been a regular customer, but this last experi
