The positive side is that you’ll have friendly and polite waiters attend to your needs. The food is okay. Nothing extraordinary when it comes to the taste, but the shisha is really good! Inside the restaurant is cozy with comfortable couch and good lighting that gives that homey feeling. I find it a bit pricey though. We paid 1000LE for one plate of meal, an appetizer, two shishas and a drink.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! The waiters don't know anything about the job. Food is always cold. The service is very slow in a weird way. The owner is not spending a lot on waiters apparently as the managers are skilled and working hard unlike them. Add to that the table was broken and it nearly injured my arm!! I don't recommend them and won't ever try it again!

I have visited this establishment several times and recently, their service has been terrible. I ordered a coffee with milk and it never came. However, the staff made THEMSELVES coffee and enjoyed it right in front of me. They also previously attempted to charge me for a water that they never brought and when I pointed it out on the check, they tried to bring it (after I was ready to leave). I would not recommend this place for anything as the staff seem to care less about you spending your money with them. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO TAKE YOUR FRIENDS/DATE!!!!!
