New place similar to Kenza lounge. The crowd felt really ratchet honestly, the place gives off “pretenders and wannabes” vibes. The music was a mix of gangster, trendy house, and Arabic, and the whole place looked dirty. I went on a Sunday, and it was obvious they hadn’t cleaned from the night before. There was either only one flavor available, or the waiter was only trying to sell us one. The shisha barely had any flavor. The food was good, but the service was really slow. We ordered water and it arrived 45 minutes later. Prices were average. Since I wasn’t happy with the service, I wanted to leave a 10% tip. The waitress said that a minimum 18% tip was mandatory. Even after explaining that I was not satisfied with the service, she kept insisting that I pay more. Honestly, this experience was quite disappointing. We were told to sit in a corner when we arrived. Unfortunately, the table next to us was very loud and we could barely hear each other. One of the people from that table moved their chair and sat with their back toward us, blocking the passage, and no one from the staff addressed it. Also, nobody came to service the hookah, and after a short time it stopped producing smoke. We also weren’t given a small plate for the sugar wrappers, so we had to leave them on the table. Overall, the service and atmosphere could definitely be improved.

We had horrible experience. We ordered a shisha and we waited 45 minutes for it. The waitress kept telling us it will come in 2 minutes, and it didn’t. She made us pay the bill before we got the shisha, so we can’t cancel the order. The place was very cold and not well heated. We literally froze there and we had to leave before we finish smoking. I recommend you never come to this place. There are way better shisha spots in Montreal
