Nice place with a really good atmosphere. The vibe, music, and overall setting make it a great spot to relax and spend time. Service is friendly and the staff is attentive. The hookah itself was decent — I’d rate it around 3.5/5. It was enjoyable, but could definitely be improved. If the coals were changed more frequently, it would make a big difference and bring the experience to the next level. Overall, a solid place, and with a bit more attention to the hookah quality, it could easily become a top spot.

My group and I recently visited Arabesque to celebrate a birthday, and we left incredibly disappointed with the overall experience. Despite having a large reservation for our party, the venue was simply unable to properly accommodate us. From the moment we arrived, the organization and seating arrangements were a complete mess. We were continuously told to wait at the bar while only some of our group was seated. Even after waiting patiently, several members of our party were never able to join the rest of us. We had a very disappointing experience during our last visit. When we arrived, we waited about 30 minutes just to place our order while several staff members were busy doing their makeup and not paying attention to customers. Eventually we had to go and ask someone ourselves because nobody came to the table. After we finally ordered, the service continued to be very disorganized. Some items were forgotten or came very late, and overall the staff seemed uninterested in providing proper service. Our bill ended up being around $400, and normally with a bill like that you expect a certain level
