The service is lacking when the place is at maximum capacity. There are no excuses for slow service when the place is full. This is the bare minimum the establishment should do; after all, we're not asking for a FAVOR. They should also ensure the beer doesn't arrive warm at the customer's table, because the city already has a hot climate, so everyone expects at least a cold beer. Otherwise, the place has a lot of potential, many beautiful women, and just needs a team more in sync with the work.
