Great space, well organized and with a great team of very polite employees, I went on my birthday and in addition to being able to enter for free I also won a combo (the combo is related to the number of people you are with). On the day I ended up losing my cell phone and I had all the support from the security team to help me find it and in the end I found it hehe. Super busy and fun place, I liked it and recommend it to everyone.

Pharaoh is a wonderful place, I feel super comfortable there, for dancing, it's the best hookah I've ever been to in my whole life! However, the service is leaving a little to be desired, and yes, there is one specific person who is not being very satisfactory in the service.

Nice place. However, a little more investment should be made in training for those who prepare the "rosh" (hookah bowl) because it's lacking in that aspect. Rosh quality is reasonable. Smoke flow is terrible. Don't take it personally, it's just constructive criticism.

Very bad, I went there on New Year's Eve and there was nothing at the bar, the atmosphere was very closed off, and the music was bad.
