Terrible, I swear. I wanted to spend money, the service was bad, and I ordered a hookah. It took 49 minutes to light one. Seriously, there's nothing like it. It's far from being a place like downtown São Paulo. One time and never again. For anyone coming to have fun, I recommend going to São Paulo because the service is better and the place is better too. Besides, the staff ruined my drink.

I give this place a 0 out of 10. The service was shameful, the staff extremely unprepared and rude, and there was total disorganization from beginning to end. You pay a lot of money to be mistreated, endure long lines, and deal with a service that simply doesn't respect its customers. This club only thinks about profit and doesn't deliver any experience; I will never return and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Terrible service, super arrogant employees. I went to buy drinks, and the cashier was chatting with other employees, not even looking in my direction. It seemed like I was the one selling, not like I was buying. Not to mention that we bought a combo and they didn't even bring it to the table; we had to wait. The hookah took forever to arrive. I had heard a lot about this tobacco shop, first and last time, terrible experience.

Terrible service, I paid 700 for the VIP area, there were 3 fights, the security guards did nothing, they just stood around, not to mention that we don't even have security in the VIP area, there was a fight that had nothing to do with my friends, they pushed my boyfriend onto the hookah, two shirts burned, I left with a hurt foot because charcoal fell on my foot, we went to talk to one of the managers and he simply looked and said he couldn't do anything. Anyone can just barge into the VIP area, it took two hours for the hookah to arrive, we complained and one of the employees was setting it
