I went to the establishment and stayed there for about 4 hours, and the cashier was straightening her hair inside (and all the customers were watching) while also serving customers. Then she applied hair oil, as if she were in a salon. That's incredibly unfair and shows a complete lack of consideration.

Terrible in almost every way! The music was good, but it was too loud! When you ask for something, they're incredibly unhelpful, it feels like I'm asking for a favor to get service! Horrible! I won't be back and I don't recommend it!

This place is pure amateurism. I've been to several smaller neighborhood tobacco shops, but none as bad as this one. The employees have absolutely no desire to serve customers, the gin comes with ice cubes from the refrigerator, the hookah didn't last 15 minutes before tasting burnt, and upstairs, in a somewhat private area, the air conditioning doesn't work; it's extremely hot in there, and they don't open the front door to ventilate. The music is blasting in your ears, making it impossible to even have a conversation. The place is awful.

I liked the place itself, but I think that given the structure and the number of people, both the environment and the quality of the staff should be better planned. I had a problem with the hookah; it arrived at the table and the other person who was with me claimed it was theirs, but it was mine, and I had to ask for another one. Therefore, I would like to make a suggestion: to avoid this type of problem, in addition to asking for the table number, they could ask for the customer's name so the hookah arrives at the customer's name, thus avoiding confusion since the place receives many people.
