A wide variety of products and good prices, but the service is terrible. The young staff seem like they're not even being paid to be there; they spoke to me as if I were stealing. It's not the first or second time I've received bad service; there's absolutely no desire to provide even minimally decent service.

It used to be bad! I was mistreated twice by two different employees. One was a white woman with glasses who even said that the wine shop already had too many customers to worry about just one who no longer has priority for service. The other makes faces and gestures while serving customers. Disrespect doesn't matter how many customers there are, much less if you're not having a good day. You chose this profession, you deserve it. And on top of that, it took more than 2 hours for an order to be delivered.
