The atmosphere is nice and cozy, but they fall short in customer service and don't seem very concerned with customer satisfaction. I've never actually seen them offer or tell you what the lounge has to offer; the staff just give you what you ask for. You know when you order a hookah and the staff asks which one you want? Instead of showing you the options! They don't pay attention by showing the products or coming to the table to ask if you want anything else.
