I've been going to Essepe since 2017, it's one of my favorite places in Jundiaí, I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't been – it's a 10/10. However, recently when visiting Essepe I didn't have a good experience with a staff member at the counter; she had a sour face, a curt and rude response, and as a long-time customer I'd never seen anything like it there, so this might embarrass new customers. But apart from that, I highly recommend it :)

I loved going to that place until they let go of their best employee, Beatriz, who always provided excellent service from start to finish. What they did was unfair; they lost their best employee and a customer 😣
