The hours are wrong. This place stays open much later. The structure is just a random counter, without any preparation or insulation. The structure is clearly inadequate; if it tortures the neighbors with noise, and causes health problems for the elderly and children due to lack of sleep, I imagine they are not prepared for any eventuality.
