The atmosphere is great and the music is excellent. The decor is a 10. The service is super polite, everyone is very quick and cheerful. However, there are few of them serving. It's difficult to find a waiter. They're always rushing around. The ossobuco fritters are super tasty. I recommend them. We had a Spritz, which was very tasty and looked great. We also had a Bloody Mary. This one was quite bad. The waiter said it was made with tomato juice, but it tasted like very strong ketchup. I didn't like it.

Although I noticed a drop in the quality of service this last time compared to several other visits I've made to the place, I still believe it was just an isolated incident. Overall, the atmosphere is wonderful, the crowd is relaxed, the products are high quality, the hookah is good (I'm no professional in this regard, but if it tastes good and lasts about an hour, that's great) and especially my favorite: the music. If you enjoy Matuê, Froid, Cynthia Luz, and several other artists of this genre, and also like to have a drink, chat, and smoke a "narg," I absolutely recommend going to Plural.
