We regret choosing this tobacco shop today. Besides the high price, the attendant we encountered at 7 pm was slow and rude. We were polite and, as others have said, almost asked the person to put down their cell phone and get our order.

The hookah bowl isn't worth the price; it was worth it once, and besides taking almost 30 minutes to deliver a bowl (during a quiet time), they managed to ruin a Tanger bomb.

The place is cool to go and relax, but the service was terrible! The waiter was super rude, I went to order a drink and he walked right past me without saying anything, I practically had to beg to be served. And in the end I was left without a drink because they weren't making them at that moment, and I tried this a couple of times. If the staff can't handle the demand, they should hire another person.
