Don't come here, if you don't want to get scammed in Baku. They charge you for changing the coal in shisha. However, in other Papaq Lounges (e.g. 28 May, Elmler) they don't charge you for changing coals for the second time.

They took a fantastic restaurant and completely ruined it. This is a place for boys to sit around and smoke sheesha. The police concept is poorly performed and childish. The power went out, the wait staff refused to give us our check, we just wanted to leave. Worst restaurant in Baku.
