A place for shisha and tea, close to the hotel where I stayed, and I frequent it daily before bed to drink tea and eat nuts.

Horrible place. Orders don't arrive for at least 30 minutes. They forget orders and constantly ask for repeat orders, jacking up the prices. Hookah is included in the beer set, but they charge extra. I'll never set foot in this place again. The worst place I've ever been to in Baku.
