Ember - The Balcony Bar has become my favorite place for hookah! The atmosphere is super cozy and the view over the river is absolutely beautiful, perfect for relaxing in the evening. I especially want to mention the hookah master Hieumai. He does everything perfectly, gives great recommendations, and always knows exactly what to suggest. The staff is really friendly and attentive. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely keep coming back!
