I'd like to point out the TERRIBLE service! When we entered the establishment, chose our food, and took a seat, there was NO staff in the dining room for about 5-7 minutes, meaning we sat there without even looking at the menu. When a waiter finally appeared, she didn't even come over after looking around. Only after a couple more minutes did she come out and simply hand us the menu, without even a "Hello!" I rarely smoke hookah. One time, my girlfriends and I stopped by Huracan and decided to order some. I was pleased; it was smoky, aromatic, and not bitter. It's a nice place, pleasantly decorated. The only thing is, it's called something else (I forgot what it was), so if you arrive and don't see the name on the map, don't worry—it's the same place. The building is decorated with black marble tiles inside. They have a hookah for 550 rubles. I highly recommend it!
