The management was incompetent. After paying the entrance fee, my wife and I couldn't get a table because they said the reservation was 1800 UAH per table. I wasn't planning on spending that much for two, but I wanted to order something from the kitchen and have a drink. They suggested we eat at the bar, even though all the tables were empty when we arrived. That's the kind of attitude they give us.

The place is okay, but the music sucks. I've had better experiences, but my last visit was a complete letdown. We ordered a hookah and waited a very long time, about an hour for sure. They brought it to us, but then a couple of minutes later, they took it away and didn't return it because someone had knocked it over. And they couldn't resolve the issue. I won't be visiting this place again. 😒

Horrible! This was my first time at this establishment, and I thought it would be a good experience, but it wasn't. We ordered a hookah. It took 55 minutes to arrive. We smoked it for three minutes and then decided to dance. When we returned, the hookah was gone. The hookah attendant said someone had knocked it over and had to take it away. The receptionist refused to help resolve the situation 😒 I don't recommend this establishment as the customer service here is terrible.

My review is 0, a complete 0. The security guards are simply insolent thugs. The club's administrator has no say in anything. All the power rests with the security guards, who are trying to gain self-fulfillment at the expense of the patrons. They can't ask you to leave the club while you're there, because there's no reason to, and they sneakily wait for you to leave, only to then bar you from entering without any compelling reason. And this isn't the first negative experience, and none of us have had it... unfortunately.
