Dear Readers, My name is Joel Pettie, I'm 36 years old and I reside in Birmingham. I had attended this restaurant for the first time, around 08:45am on the morning of Sunday the 5th of April 2026 and felt like I had discovered a brand new world. The interior of the restaurant is a wonder to behold. It slaps you in the face and says: "Wake up. This is what you've been missing your entire life" Whilst there, I ordered their chicken bites and a glass of fresh mixed-fruit smoothie and was slapped again in the face, but by the flavour of the food and drink this time. Pah! 👋 Regarding the meal.

Absolutely outstanding service from Nzar! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome with his positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care. His attention to detail, kindness, and friendly personality made our whole experience unforgettable. The shisha was amazing, the atmosphere was perfect, and Nzar’s exceptional customer service was truly the highlight of our visit. A real credit to the lounge. Really good shisha lounge. Drinks were solid and the service was decent. Staff were helpful and quick, especially when changing the coals when needed. The shisha was smooth and easy to chill with, perfect for a relaxed session with friends. Price is very fair at around £15, and you can stay for 2–3 hours, which makes it really good value compared to other places. Only downside was that some food items weren’t available, but overall it didn’t affect the experience. Came in the early afternoon and still had a really good time. Would definitely come again for a chill hangout.
