Had a really great time here. The shisha was top quality — smooth, flavorful, and lasted long without getting harsh. They also check in at the right time and change the coal properly, which makes a big difference. The atmosphere is super chilled and cozy, with comfortable seating and a nice lounge vibe. Perfect spot to relax and switch off for a bit. Food and drinks were also really good, fresh and nicely presented — great to have something proper alongside the shisha instead of just snacks. Big shoutout to the staff as well — friendly, attentive, and professional, but not overbearing. Ever

I can finally say that we have a top quality shisha place in Sheffield in the form of J3 Lounge. Now I can stop travelling out of city to get a good smoke. The atmosphere, the quality of the food, the deserts, the drinks and the hospitality is on point. I have visited J3 lounge frequently since the opening and I do not have a single complaint. The level of cleanliness is superb esp with the ladies toilets, the staff are amazing, the shisha flavours are devine and keep expanding thanx to Jimmy. The place feels just like home. Very relaxed and cosy. Keep up the great work guys.
