I visited here today with a friend and we both really enjoyed the food. The atmosphere was relaxed and had a nice chilled vibe. The staff were attentive, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the buffet.

Visited for 1st time to celebrate friends birthday last night. My friend reserved a table in person due to staff not following up with a return phone call to book by phone. Arrived and seated, nice music playing by resident DJ. Mixed crowd of ages. We waited quite a while to order and told someone will be with us soon and to scan and download menu on the table.  Some more friends came to join us last minute,  we squeezed 2 with us leaving 2 standing,  we asked staff for more chairs and told they will have to wait for empty table although some chairs we visibly empty on some tables. Am quite surprise about this many negative comments, l have been there quite a few times but, l have not had any bad experience, l will agree there's room for improvement regarding the customer service, but some of them stands out very good. Few bad apples, but it's not unique only to this place. They so really nice fish and l will definitely recommend you to try it. 👌

Extremely rude staff who need a course in costumer service. Food used to be the best in Woolwich but they've gone down. Extremely oily and meat is always very very hard. What a shame
