Just had another amazing experience at Clouds Shisha Lounge! This is my second visit, and I actually travelled specifically to come back—it’s that good. I tried their freshly pressed pomegranate and orange juice, and it was truly delicious. Super fresh, perfectly balanced, and bursting with flavor. Ordered food off Deliveroo and found mould on the food! Called them to make a complaint and the manager was really rude! And one of staff members pretended to be the manager when asked for the manager! Would not recommend this place one bit! Spent over £50 on food and it wasn’t even good quality.

Amazing 1st time experience, we went as a 4 and 2 people including myself were newbies at trying shisha , I went for the frozen mango and they went for the rubicon flavour, enjoyed it very much we also decided to get some baklava and cocktails with our shisha , THE BEST MOHJITOS in the world Amazing, Imran is working very hard to keep everyone happy he is very personable and makes the best experience he can offer, baklava was amazing also definitely worth coming back
