Dismal service. I asked if they had decaf coffee, the two staff members (rude and apathetic) didn’t understand what that was, I used Google Translate to ask and they both seemed unsure— I have a heart condition and avoid caffeine— I then asked for hot water with mint, and received black tea. At that point I decided to move on and chose to leave the tea behind (and not confront the two staff members who were impossible to communicate with anyway). When I asked to pay I was presented with a ridiculously expensive bill! They were uninterested and not bothered, even though one of the staff member

Worst place I’ve been to so far, was sold a premium shisha for £25 and it was awful. Asked one of the staff members to change the coal and they kept on ignoring me, ridiculously lazy. Furthermore I was charged £10 for the worst tea of my life. Don’t go here the most awful place ever no wonder it was near enough empty when I went. Lazy staff members awful products they shouldn’t last long

Wev been going there for 5 years - always been good staff lovely - although yesterday when we went- there was no heating & the guy upstairs who took the money was extremely rude ... we will not be back.
