I visited this shisha lounge and was really disappointed with the service. We were already sitting and enjoying our time when one of the staff members came and told us to get up and sit somewhere else without any proper reason. It felt very rude and disrespectful. Customer service needs serious improvement — this is not the way to treat guests. Definitely not a good experience.

Food was really good, the mixed shawarma was delicious. The starter grilled Halloumi so good. The service was great and the Patchi bakery was insane the macaroons where out of this world. The red velvet cake was delicious.. definitely would recommend them. They do mass orders as well for parties and events.. delicious food guys balisimo

A Disappointing and Disturbing Experience! We attempted to dine at this restaurant but were met with a highly unsettling experience. Upon being seated, the staff provided menus for our group, but we quickly realized something was amiss. Two of us received menus with significantly higher prices for the exact same dishes compared to the others in our group. This discrepancy was both shocking and frustrating. Sent my husband to buy a mix shawarma wrap and he was deliberately given the bottom of the scrapings of the food (the mushy part of the meat which only dogs get). The chef knew what he was doing. Thing is in 2024 profiling is still a thing. So if you know you know. So 1 star for that food which got binned after the second bite because when you eat meat, you expect to taste the slices of meat and not mushy parts where it’s the rubbish of the meat which no one eats. Would take my money elsewhere in future.
