I was a little sceptical when I first saw this place, hidden away behind the Hillside Burger place. However, I can confirm I have never received such wonderful service at any shisha place I have visited. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a smile, asked if I had been before and what flavours I enjoyed and was offered a very personalised service compared to any other shisha lounge.
