I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at Senator Restaurant in London was honestly one of the worst I’ve had. First of all, the service was awful. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the manager was even worse dismissive and clearly not interested in addressing any concerns. It felt like customers were more of an inconvenience than guests. The food quality was extremely low. The kale pache tasted like it came straight out of a can, which is unacceptable for a restaurant charging the prices they do.
