Went on a Sunday evening. It wasn’t too busy, which was perfect since my friend and I wanted somewhere chill without too much noise or live entertainment. The ambiance was moody, with dim lighting, fluorescent accents, and hip-hop and R&B playing in the background. We were planning to get a few starters, but one of the waiters surprised us with a complimentary fruit platter, which was a really nice. The menu prices are very reasonable and the food looked great! We had a great meal at Qualia, just the two of us and early in the evening about 6pm so fairly quiet. Food was really tasty, my wife said if was the best Chicken she had ever had and she eats a lot of chicken! My lamb shank was cooked really well and the veg was also perfectly cook. Thank you, we will be back.

Great service Food was amazing. I had lamb shank and my wife had the baked salmon. We had the chicken wings as a starter. The chef knows what he is doing. The cocktails were strong. Lovely!!! Heavily recommend we shall be back.

As a regular customer who frequently enjoys this restaurant I was saddened by how I was treated during this visit. After being told I couldn't sit in the back because I wasn't ordering shisha which I accepted without complaint I was seated at the front near the bar. Despite the noise from the blender and lack of music, I remained patient. However, after my starter arrived, I was completely ignored for over an hour. What made the experience truly upsetting was the behaviour of the staff. I sat directly next to the bar, yet the team continued to talk and laugh among themselves, looking me in the
