Lavista Lounge is a really nice spot if you’re around the Jewellery Quarter and want a chilled place to relax. They’ve got seating both upstairs and downstairs, and the vibe is comfortable in both areas. Upstairs has a more open feel, while downstairs is a bit cosier, so you can choose what suits your mood. The sheesha here is genuinely good. The flavours are smooth, the smoke is clean, and they look after you properly with regular coal changes. It’s definitely one of the better sheesha lounges I’ve been to in Birmingham. If you actually care about getting a good session rather than something

Nice lounge and decent vibe Front of house staff were nice Some elements of the lounge looks really good and other parts need major cleaning and renovation. Was hopeful for a good Shisha but unfortunately the major lack of coal changes (basically never) and the Shisha bowl wasn't made well. Parking was very busy outside. Overall nice vibe but wouldn't come back.

Recently discovered this place. But never had chance to be there, today made it. First impressions was decent place. But when I see the prices and the interior it's easily a 5🌟 worthy place. Customer service very good. They don't try to shove down multiple pipes for no reason. That's something I appreciate. Selection of food is amazing. Overall great experience. definitely will be back.
