Noisy atmosphere. Shisha and snacks served at economical cost. Have ps5 connected to play games. Chairs are comfortable. Parking can be challenge specially on weekends or late night visits.

We only tried sheesha and Moroccan tea served with popcorn. The place is cool and seating is not that comfortable. On the whole it was a good experience and with privacy. Music is not loud and food served is okay. Sheesha was not exceptional but good.

Valley Café is a hidden gem in International City! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a quick coffee or a relaxed hangout. Their menu has a great variety of drinks and snacks, and everything is served fresh. The coffee is rich and flavorful, and the staff is always polite and attentive, which makes the experience even better. Prices are also very reasonable compared to other cafés in the area. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re in International City!
