​I am honestly so disappointed. Our first visit was great, but the second was the complete opposite. We brought in a canned drink (which no one told us was an issue), and in response, the staff placed three bottles of water on our table that we never touched. ​At the end of the session, they forced us to pay for the water. Their "lame" excuse was that since we had a outside drink, we had to pay for the water as a penalty something that was never communicated to us beforehand. To make matters worse, the shisha flavor was harsh and nowhere near the quality of our first visit. Total waste of mon

Highly disappointed with the service at this Park Avenue store. The staff was incredibly unhelpful and couldn't provide proper information about the products/offers. There was no coordination or clear communication, leaving customers completely confused. They desperately need to train their staff on basic customer service and product knowledge. Would not recommend visiting this branch.

Heavy hidden charges as they charge for water bottle which you can't say no if you didn't order any food & shisha smoke tip 2 dhrs. Forceful & lack of customer preference.

Nice Sheesha Parlour with good seating capacity. Service is excellent and the sheesha quality is also good. They offer variety of drinks also (non alcoholic) Overall ambiance service and sheesha is good. Worth for money
