We have been going there for last two years. There was a time when they used to provide popcorn and sunflower seeds complimentary 😅but now we have to pay. Shisha is ok . I won’t say very good or amazing but it’s ok. Service is also good along with quite reasonable ambience.

So many cafes on the same strip but Why this place between the others, Lets start with the Shisha; well balanced flavors, packed, and prepared by an experienced master craftsman (shout out to Abu Yaseen). Service and atmosphere; simply they take care of the customer, if any issues or discomfort for any reason or no reason, they address it immediately. YES they put in effort, they remember returning customers. If you value any of those things, you will be satisfied.

Very very bad service. Shisha guy brought me a flavor that I smoke everyday and when I smoked and told him this is a different flavor he just got angry at me and telling me that you don’t know about shisha. What is this??? Seriously Rude. Never coming here again.

Ok first and foremost they are a big time cheaters and scamsters. They keep the water bottles on the table without asking you and when the bill comes, they add the price of water too in it even if you haven't touched it. Now when you go and complain to them that why have they added the water bottle in the bill, they say that you should tell them before the bottle is kept on the table. I mean what kind of logic is it. It's not about paying a little amount of 5 aed for the bottle, it's about how their mindset is, the mindset of earning Haraam through forcefully selling of water. Imagine if they
