We are very disappointed with our recent experience at Courtyard Cafe. We are regular customers and usually come here to relax, enjoy shisha, and spend time comfortably, but this visit was very frustrating and unacceptable. As a regular customer of Yard Cafe, I am very disappointed with the service we continuously experience every time we visit. We come almost every day to relax, enjoy shisha, and order food, yet instead of feeling comfortable, we feel disturbed throughout our stay. What irritates us the most is that every 15 to 20 minutes, different staff members keep coming to our table repeatedly asking for our order again and again, even after we already ordered.
