It's a place for hookah, tea, and coffee. A neighborhood cafe with hookah. A preferred choice for those living nearby. I recommend the Vivident melon hookah. Backgammon and Okey (a Turkish card game) are available. You can play Okey indoors and smoke hookah there, but not cigarettes. You can smoke hookah and cigarettes outdoors. I love their tea. I've become friends with the staff...
