We had dessert this evening at Huqqabaz. An employee named Yasir helped us exceptionally well. We didn’t like one of the shisha flavors, and he handled it wonderfully by actively thinking along with us about which aromas we might enjoy. The way the food and drinks are served is also truly beautiful and delicious.

Atmosphere and vibe is reminiscent of their other locations. Food is nice, but that’s about it. Service is slow. Whole establishment only has 2 sets of tongs that cannot be used by customers. Staff don’t know the difference between shisha flavour brands and looked at me like I was silly when asking if they stocked Al Fakher. They don’t have designated shishas for popular flavours so whichever flavour you order is tainted by whatever flavour they used in it previously. Far cry from Dubai locations.
