I thought Ehli Keyf cafe was the same place as Ala cafe upstairs. To be honest, the music is a bit worse than Ala's. Service is generally the same at both. Prices are also roughly the same. The hookah is also better compared to the other one.

Unfortunately, you have no chance to chat because of the waiters who tirelessly ask if you need anything every 1.5 minutes... and the place is amateurishly run.

The equipment (tables, chairs, landscaping) is starting to show a bit of wear, the staff are helpful, the hookah is good, the music is a little too loud and the playlist is very mixed, playing songs from here and there.
