Don't even think about walking past it. We waited an hour for them to serve us; the tea was ice cold, the hookah was awful, we had to order again and waited another hour for that. The shop is disgusting, the service is zero, someone was sitting at the cash register as if they didn't care about the world. Don't go there, it'll go bankrupt soon anyway.

In my opinion, it's a business that's crumbling before our very eyes. The fact that it has the name "Nargello" but doesn't offer anise, cappuccino, or many other types of tobacco, and that the Wi-Fi isn't working, are major shortcomings.
