Sign is a super cool nargile spot in the center of Kadikoy. If you're visiting Istanbul and want to try sisha/hookah as a tourist, this place is awesome. The atmosphere is chill, the service is fast, and they dont rush you at all. They have a huge downstairs and they have drinks and food too if you're in the mood for it. I would come back, and i wish i had a place like sign at home.

Hands down the best hookah cafe in Istanbul, located in Kadıköy. The ambience is amazing, you feel the chill vibes as soon as you walk in, nice music, and the décor is fantastic. Good WiFi, clean toilets, and very reasonable prices. I paid 835 lira (£15) for 2 teas, water, and premium hookah. I spent a few days enjoying their shisha, and every flavour I tried was smooth, full of flavour, and long-lasting with great smoke. The hookahs themselves are high quality.
